Korn Ferry, The largest human resource company in the world, needed to move their comprehensive career assessment tools from paper to digital. Working with the Deck5 development team, MCM designed the product from the ground up. We created a new way for corporations to assess their most important resource: their employees. The biggest challenge was converting a series of complex questionnaires, surveys, and exercises to the tablet experience. The results were displayed in a constructive, visually appealing manner. And the application became a primary tool for Korn Ferry consultants.
