Enterprise Call Management
To stay competitive, 8×8′s switchboard software needed updating. MCM designed an intuitive, immersive and fatigue-free user experience. At the core of the application is the directory, a master list of every employee in the enterprise. By getting as much scannable, “call status awareness” into the directory as possible, we made it easy to not only manage and route calls, but to handle company voicemail, chat and attendant management across multiple locations and offices.
